- specialises in commercial law, especially transportation law, IT law, contract law, intellectual property law, real-estate law, energy law, civil law, litigation, arbitration, administrative law and criminal law;
- has gained her experience in the law offices of Haarmann Hemmelrath and its successor bpv Braun Partners, s.r.o., where she was a managing associate;
- is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague where she finished her studies with a diploma thesis in cooperation with the University of Bern on the topic of legal aspects of drug abuse;
