Employment Law and GDPR in the Czech Republic

We have extensive experience representing employers and employees in disputes concerning unlawful termination of employment and other employment-related claims.

We also provide legal support in the areas of collective labour law, relations with trade unions, collective bargaining, and temporary agency work.

An important part of our practice focuses on data protection and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We assist clients with implementing internal procedures, preparing documentation, assessing risks, and meeting their data protection obligations.

We also conduct employment law audits and due diligence reviews in connection with acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and compliance assessments of employment-related processes under Czech and European law.
